An incredible opportunity has risen for a Business Administrator, to join a well known Estate Agency in South Woodford. Established in the late 1980's, this client is a unique Letting & Management organisation offering traditional rental services. In addition, the practice is one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists. Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs. The successful candidate must have a proven track record, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate & ambitious. Responsibilities for the Administrator will include
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients, both face-to-face and via phone/email, to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, property prices, and competitor activity.
  • Administration: Support the administrative tasks of the sales and lettings process, including preparing contracts, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate records
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Social Media Preparation & Company Reviews, focusing on increasing the company’s awareness & image.
Skills for the Administratior role includes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Full UK Driving License preferable
  • Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong at timekeeping and time management.
 Salary and hours for the Administrator role Full-time, PermanentMonday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm or 9.00 to 6pm5 day working week.Salary: £25,000-£30,000 PA DOECompany Benefits
