Join Our Dynamic Team as a Project Coordinator!

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role within our consulting and business operations team, contributing to the seamless delivery of projects and ensuring the operational success of our global teams. You’ll be at the heart of the action, working closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams in offices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Administration:

o Manage project data entry and reports using Airtableo Review and edit project Statements of Work, ensuring financials, milestones, and deliverables are on pointo Coordinate NDAs, RFIs, and vendor onboardingo Organize company-wide software access and training.

Operational Excellence:

o Maintain detailed records on proposals, revenue, and targets.o Assist with project management tools (e.g., Kantata Mavenlink) for business reporting and analysis.o Support resourcing efforts when needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

o Proofreading, compiling medical conference data, and preparing annual national holiday calendars for G20 countries.o Handle ad-hoc requests from the leadership team.

Qualifications & Key Skills:• A Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Law, Business Studies, or International Business).• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal), with exceptional attention to detail.• Solid administrative experience and familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).• A proactive and organized approach with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
