Client Programme Manager - Ascensus and Alumni Programmes - Permanent role

We are working with a regional law firm, known for its fantastic culture, to recruit a Client Programme Manager for their Ascensus and Alumni Programmes on a permanent basis. This role in unusual in that it requires skills across the BD, marketing, events management and comms remits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for engaging key clients, contacts, and alumni.
  • Manage the Ascensus Programme, supporting in-house lawyers and business leaders through workshops, seminars, and events.
  • Establish and run the Alumni Programme to foster relationships and generate opportunities.
  • Collaborate with BD, Events, and L&D teams to deliver events and communications.
  • Ensure effective management of CRM systems to track relationships and touchpoints.
  • Create regular communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media posts.
  • Promote initiatives through corporate channels and internal communications.
  • Gather feedback to assess programme effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and ensure programmes are delivered on time and within budget.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management and programme development.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
