Company Secretarial Assistant
A leading global mining company with operations spanning multiple continents is seeking a Corporate Secretarial Assistant to join its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, senior management, legal counsel, and external service providers to support corporate governance processes
- Maintain corporate governance documents, statutory registers, and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Assist in the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of legal documents, resolutions and statutory filings
- Oversee document management, including notarisation, legalisation, digital and physical file maintenance
- Manage intercompany loans, powers of attorney, trade mark schedules and group structure charts
- Handle accounts processing, finance scheduling, invoicing and document approvals
- Provide corporate information for due diligence, RFPs, and KYC/AML requests
- Support GDPR-related administrative tasks and undertake special projects as required
- Offer administrative support to the corporate secretarial team, including calendar, inbox, expenses and travel management
Key Skills:
- Prior company secretarial experience – at least a year
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CGI qualifications are not necessary but are held in high regard
Hybrid Working:
This role offers a flexible hybrid working model, requiring three days per week in the office.
