Company Secretarial Assistant

Role:
- Updating corporate governance documents and tools (eg, internal governance codes and frameworks)
- Support with the legal entity management across multiple jurisdictions
- Support with organisation of Board and Committee meetings
- Maintaining the Legal Database of the UK Group
- Ensuring all corporate governance documents are up to date and compliant.
- Coordinating and arranging meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of governance policies.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assisting with the preparation of board reports and presentations.

- Excellent knowledge of UK Corporate Governance code and Companies Act 2006
- Demonstrabl experience in a paralegal or company secretarial role
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
