My accountancy firm client is seeking a dedicated Company Secretarial Specialist to deliver top-notch service to clients. This role is pivotal in enhancing service quality, driving client referrals, and boosting revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee company restructuring, capital reductions, share transactions, share buybacks
  • Attend and minute client board meetings
  • Maintain client records on Diligent Entities and ensure statutory compliance
  • Incorporate new companies and prepare necessary documentation
  • Manage accounts approval and dormant company accounts
  • Provide advice on corporate governance and liaise with clients
  • File documents with Companies House and the Charity Commission
  • Develop proposals for new clients and assist in business development
  • Handle billing, assist with special projects, and supervise junior staff
  • Represent the firm at internal and external events

Hybrid working:  2 days per week in the office. 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven company secretarial experience in a professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and expert knowledge of Diligent Entities
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and relationships
  • Team player with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
