EA / Assistant Operations Manager - Business Services - Central London - £50k-£65k Immediate Start Available

We are on the hunt for a highly organised, dynamic and business savvy PA /EA / Assistant Operations Manager to join a rapid-growth, world class business services provider based in Central London.

Supporting the Chief of Staff / Operations Director and CEO, the EA / Assistant Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting the C-Suite, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company’s operations. You will be passionate and focused and have impeccable communication skills, an incredibly organised nature, a professional demeanour and the ability and tenacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and client-focused environment.

Key responsibilities as the EA / Assistant Operations Manager will include:

  • Extensive senior level support to CEO and Chief of Staff / Operations Director as required
  • Managing complex diaries and schedules
  • Preparing briefing materials, reports and presentations for the CEO and Ops Director
  • Coordinating all meetings and appointments
  • Acting as a gatekeeper
  • Ensuring seamless communication with staff
  • Assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies
  • Driving business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of operational activities and projects
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, clients, partners and other stakeholders
  • Supporting the implementation of new processes or systems, helping to enhance organisational efficiency
  • Collaborating closely with the CEO and Operations Director, understanding their vision, business plans and long term objectives

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable success supporting C-Suite, ideally in an operational capacity as well as a PA / EA
  • Impeccably organised nature and strong multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels - fluent English required
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent diary management, travel coordination and meeting management skills
  • IT literate - strong MS Office skills needed
