Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior leadership team.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data management.
  • Manage communication between the senior leadership team and internal/external clients.
  • Assist in the organisation of company events and meetings.
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by the senior management, and see the programs through to completion.

The successful EA should have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
