This is a highly unusual role, supporting the Managing Partner of a globally renowned Private Equity firm. The position is 5 days a week, but 5 of those days must include Saturday and Sunday. There is flexibility around which days the other 3 days can be.The role is fully remote, working closely with the Managing Partner and their current EA. You will provide seamless support in both personal and professional capacities, with responsibilities including:
  • Assisting with family-related tasks and family office operations
  • Managing complex international travel arrangements, including frequent private jet travel and holidays
  • Overseeing detailed diary management and coordinating numerous meetings
  • Preparing board packs and handling family office documentation
The Managing Partner is exceptionally busy and frequently travelling, requiring an EA who is proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.Key Requirements:
  • Background in financial services
  • Degree educated
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar high-level EA role
  • Demonstrated resilience, reliability, and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously while taking on significant responsibility
  • You will ideally be based in either London or Jersey, with occasional in-office attendance
