Executive Assistant – Asset Management£50,000 - £53,00012 month FTC – November startI have an exciting opportunity for an Team Executive Assistant to take on a 12 month maternity contract working for a City based asset management firm.  In this role, the EA will be supporting across all levels within Equities and Fixed Income. It’s a very busy, fast paced role, so previous experience working in a similar position as an Team EA, specifically within asset management, is essential.  Hours 9am – 5pm with hybrid working available, 4:1What you’ll do:
  • Extensive diary management for team members
  • Scheduling both internal and external meetings  
  • Coordinating client visits
  • Draft communications
  • Process expenses
  • Work closely with the admin team providing coverage as needed
  • Coordinating multi-trip international travel – including preparation of itineraries and Visas
  • Prepare meeting notes and committee papers
  • Support with special projects as required
What you’ll need:
  • Previous experience working within Asset Management is essential
  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Collaborative and team player
  • A strong ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
