We have an exciting, new opportunity working as a Facilities Helpdesk Assistant at a global law firm client based right in the heart of the City! This role is permanent and will require the successful person to alternate shift patterns between 8am-5pm and 10am-7pm.

They are paying a highly competitive salary including excellent benefits.

Duties will include:

  • Monitoring the Facilities Helpdesk including dealing with emails and telephone queries.
  • Action requests to ensure they are responded to and dealt with in a timely matter.
  • Manage visitor and contractor access to the building.
  • Support the Facilities Supervisor with soft services tasks.
  • Manage conference room bookings and details.
  • Report any technical issues with the relevant parties.
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

This role is busy and varied so we are looking for someone that is happy to get stuck in and involved and takes pride in providing excellent customer service!

You must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), excellent telephone manner and be able to multi task and handle many things at any given time.

Ideally you will be someone with experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.
