My Client, an independent Financial Advisory firm are looking to offer this excellent opportunity to a talented individual with either 12 months IFA Admin experience or to an individual looking to cross over into wealth management from a provider.

Opportunity Highlights

** Initial tasks will include greeting clients, taking calls, compiling, and responding to emails, scanning, preparing documents sand ordering stationary.

** As you gain your confidence, you will have the opportunity to shadow Client Support Administrators.

** You will progress to provide support in maintaining client information, providers/suppliers contact details, processing LOAs, updating policy information, contacting clients by phone or email giving them updates on the progress of cases, preparing standard 1st meeting files and ensuring that commission statements and invoices are scanned and sent to the Finance Director

** The Business has a strong Client focus and believe in delivering the highest standard to their clients and their ongoing needs as well as providing a wonderful atmosphere to be part of, investing heavily in the development of their staff .

** This is a brilliant opportunity and requires energy, enthusiasm, drive, and ambition coupled with an excellent telephone manner, strong organisational skills, and the ability to develop strong client relationships on a face-to-face basis as well as by telephone.
