- Based in a beautiful West London location.
- Salary:£30,000 basic salary during initial three-month period.
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday + mobile phone + use of pool car.
- Open and close the office as needed.
- Manage the office when other staff members are out.
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct them appropriately.
- Support with general admin tasks for the sales, lettings, property management, and accounts teams.
- Respond to emails in a timely manner with the upmost professionalism.
- Manage tenancy compliance, including certifications and right-to-rent checks.
- Coordinate pre-tenancy arrangements such as inventories and property cleaning.
- Advise landlords on compliance and legal matters.
- Handle landlord queries and ensure all required documentation is collected.
- Register deposits and maintain records of compliance certifications.
- Update internal systems with tenancy and landlord information.
- Process invoices and track payments related to lettings and pre-tenancy works.
- Act as office coordinator during busy periods or when the primary coordinator is on leave.
- Welcome visitors and maintain a professional and tidy reception area.
- Ensure efficient management of office deliveries, post, and keys.
- Assist with database management and administrative tasks as required.
- Support managers in creating property listings, brochures, and web content.
- Manage property listings across various portals and perform regular audits.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and liaise with external agencies.

- Strong administration experience required in a similar customer service and luxury environment.
- Highly organised with an ability to work to deadlines and manage your own workflow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Helpful, supportive and a friendly and warm character

- Experience working on a property CRM system is highly desired.
