Lettings Administrator - East Finchley

Office Based: Monday to Friday

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

Our client is a long-established, professional estate agency operating in the North London area, they cover all aspects of the property industry from Sales and Lettings to Commercial and New Homes. They are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their friendly, energetic team. Priding themselves on staff training, promoting future development and long-term career progression. Do you have previous experience as a Lettings Administrator, or maybe you are starting your career within the property sector. Duties will include, but not be limited to: -

  • Prepare tenancy agreements.
  • Complete referencing process
  • File progression
  • Effectively manage the office diary system
  • Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, keys, electric checks EPC.
  • Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.
  • Assist with the management of the office accounting system.
  • Update website of property details
