Job Title: Merchandising Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Forecasting: Generate precise delivery forecasts and summaries.
  • Prioritisation: Align deliveries and workload with the business strategy.
  • Stock Management: Ensure timely stock deliveries and manage product visibility on the website.
  • Compliance: Collaborate with Trade and Transport to ensure adherence to shipping terms and customs requirements.
  • Query Resolution: Address warehouse delivery queries within 24 hours.
  • Returns Analysis: Monitor and analyse returns, implementing actions to minimise them.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate late delivery discounts, cancellations, and stock swaps.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative Support: Provide necessary support to the department.

Requirements:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numeric abilities.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Teamwork: Experience working in diverse teams and building relationships.
