- Manage meeting room schedules and ensure spaces are prepared.
- Handle incoming calls and assist with general inquiries.
- Format, proofread, and organise various documents.
- Provide executive support to the CEO and team, assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the office environment
