London Victoria

Fully office based 09.00- 18.00

We are excited to be recruiting a new office assistant for a boutique communications consultancy based near Victoria . This is a unique opportunity for candidates who are keen to commence working in a professional environment and to develop their core office skills whilst working as an integral part of the support team.

As office assistant you will be responsible for providing a professional and timely service across many aspects of the office support function, and we would welcome candidates from the hospitality sector who is looking to transfer into a friendly and professional business support role.

Our ideal candidate will be customer focused, friendly, proactive in their approach and enthusiastic to learn. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic to learn and develop their skills in an open and professional team.

  • Receiving internal and external clients / managing meeting rooms
  • Organising board lunches and catering as required.
  • Providing some PA support to the wider office- e.g booking travel / calendar management
  • Supporting office-related administration tasks such as printing, binding, posting
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Liaising with building reception/security/general maintenance
  • Answering office telephones and aiding with general office coordination.
