The role:

Offering the opportunity of hybrid working model, this is a dual Executive Assistant and Office Manager role to support senior management with the day to day running of business through executive assistance and office management duties.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support 2 Directors with day to day running of business, office & teams, including prioritising, diarising, sending out agenda, attending as needed, and summarising & distributing meeting notes for inter-department and cross-company meetings, ensuring that meeting actions are followed through.
  • Internal Communication: support with implementation & communication of regular business updates and notification of process changes that affect the wider business.
  • Support with review and implementation of staff policies including those relating to travel, wellbeing, absence & holiday, learning & development.
  • Ensure that policy is documented in the company handbook.
  • Draft communication for executive leadership team to send out as required.
  • Travel planning & support for executive leadership team and senior sales team with particular focus on trade shows and key travel periods.
  • Support team with submitting expenses on time and in line with company policy.
  • Support with recruitment processes: booking in interviews and ensure smooth onboarding for new starters.
  • Support with collation of materials & presentations for key company meetings.
  • Implement a program of varied staff engagement, learning & social opportunities to enable cross department relationship building.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure office is kept stocked with kitchen essentials and stationery.

The person:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Resilience to see tasks through to the end
  • Strong PowerPoint and excel skills
  • Understanding and respect for business requirements for confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving and solution-led personality

Hybrid Working pattern: 4 days a week in the office for probationary period (3 months), moving to 3-4 days a week after that
