Operations/Finance Assistant – Part Time6month FTCASAP My client is seeking an operations assistant with experience looking after company finances to take on a 6 month maternity cover, working part time 2-3 days a week. This is a fantastic role for an Operations candidate who has experience looking after all aspects of an office in London, and globally across their other office locations. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, who is solution orientated, with strong attention to detail, the ability to pre-empt company needs, working with a proactive ‘can do’ approach. The role will be working part time, 2-3 days a week on an initial 6 month contract, with scope to potentially extend/stay permanently. The company offers a fantastic culture, with lots of opportunity to take on wider responsibilities, working within a dynamic and growing team. What you’ll do:
  • Manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including clients, vendors and suppliers
  • Organise meetings as required
  • Maintaining and organising internal records, including contracts, insurances and company documents
  • Overseeing the staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Handling company finances including invoicing, liaising with accountants and managing the P&L
  • Overseeing daily office operations, including supplies, hardware and IT support
  • Support with any internal compliance requests, including Visas and insurances
  • Act as a point of contact for the HR department
  • Organising company events as required
