- Manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including clients, vendors and suppliers
- Organise meetings as required
- Maintaining and organising internal records, including contracts, insurances and company documents
- Overseeing the staff onboarding and offboarding
- Handling company finances including invoicing, liaising with accountants and managing the P&L
- Overseeing daily office operations, including supplies, hardware and IT support
- Support with any internal compliance requests, including Visas and insurances
- Act as a point of contact for the HR department
- Organising company events as required
- Educated to degree level preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
