- Providing business and private PA support to HNWIs, including diary and inbox management, travel booking, scheduling board meetings
- Managing the office, ordering office supplies, overseeing facilities and maintenance needs
- Property management
- Event coordination
- Previous PA and office management experience within a corporate, professional working environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
- Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Great time management skills.
