- Provide exceptional support to the Managing Director and senior leadership team: Managing multiple diaries, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence and emails, and anticipating their needs
- Be the first point of contact: Greeting visitors, managing internal and external communication, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment, this will include attending some events
- Coordinate the office: Maintaining efficient systems and workflows, including handling any IT implementations or issues, organising team and client events, and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked and handling office contracts
- Be the central person for the office: Proactively address challenges with processes, implement new procedures, and take minutes at meetings
- Recent experience as a PA/Office Manager, ideally within a professional, service-led industry
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, high levels of emotional intelligence
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong sense of initiative
- Impeccable organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work in an ever-changing landscape
