EA/Operations Coordinator

38-42k plus excellent benefits

Hybrid 2 days in city office

Our client, a fast-moving business services firm in the city, is looking for an EA to support an MD as well as 2 further Senior Execs, in a fast-moving EA role. You will be at the heart of this client centric business and as well as undertaking EA duties, you will get involved in the operational side.

The role offers a brilliant opportunity to build relationships across all areas of the business and plenty of scope for creativity and autonomy.

You will be the point of contact and liaison for anything to do with the Managing Director and the operational team.

Duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Managing complex changing schedules
  • Inbox management
  • Attending meetings such as Partners meetings and writing up minutes
  • Building relationships with senior management and staff across the business and fielding and assisting with queries

HR

  • Managing the new joiners and leavers
  • Onboarding requirements
  • Arranging meetings for appraisals

IT / Accounts

  • Organise drinks receptions and dinners
  • Supporting IT
  • Support Project implementation
  • Assist payroll
  • Weekly credit control management

You will also get involved the marketing, events organising and social media.

The role will suit a bright, calm, team player with excellent organisation skills. You thrive in a fast paced, high-pressured ever-changing environment, and possess the ability to adapt and flex when necessary. It would suit an PA/EA who has been exposed to the operational side of a business and who is hungry to learn. You must have strong excel and ideally have some basic exposure to accounts/finance work
