PA / Office Assistant for startup insurance firm – Hybrid working FTC, with potential to convert to permanent £45-55k per annumNear Liverpool Street This is a fantastic opportunity to join an insurance company during their very early days of establishment, with exciting plans for international growth. This is initially a fixed term contract, but with the view to convert to a permanent role as the company becomes more established. This role will support the Senior Leadership Team, whilst also managing the day to day running of the office, and will include liaising with stakeholders across various time zones, mainly the UK and US initially before then expanding globally. This opportunity will be ideal for a PA / Office Assistant who has worked for a start up previously, and for someone who is therefore appreciative of the need to help out with anything and everything, and often wear many hats!WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Ensure smooth day to day running of the office.
  • Coordinate with office suppliers, ensuring costings
  • Diary management across various time zones.
  • Coordinate and book travel, including visa applications when needed.
  • Support company-wide initiatives and projects, such as office moves and company events.
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Experience working as an Office Assistant for a start-up firm within professional services.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal support and use initiative.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive nature and a desire to think ahead of others.
  • Efficient problem solver.
  • High attention to detail.
