Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements including flights and visas.
  • Processing and tracking expenses.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Maintain and organise files and records, both digital and physical.
  • Act as a point of contact for team members and external partners.
  • Help coordinate team events and activities.
  • Support special projects as needed.

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role in financial or professional services.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
