Tate Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an Planning Assistant for a luxury retail and fashion brand based in London.

Planning Assistant:

  • Location: London
  • Contract length: 6 weeks
  • Pay Rate: £150- £180 per day
  • Office Hours: Monday- Friday, full time

Job Purpose:This position will to assist with driving all replenishment planning activities globally within the companies global planning organisation. They will embody the company values and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration.They will be responsible for:* Assisting with assessing the Global Replenishment forecasts, and creating a culture of accountability for forecast accuracy* Maintaining the Global rolling line cards for Replenishment items and ensuring adherence to the Replenishment monthly critical path* Collaborating with regions to identify and maximize opportunities in Replenishment products* Determining long range forecasting to support Key vendor strategyRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for assessing the Global Replenishment line cards and ensuring adherence to global Weeks of Cover targets
  • Responsible for driving the Global Replenishment Buy process
  • Responsible for monthly evaluation of trading with Regional teams to assess in-season management decisions
  • Responsible for reviewing regional Replenishment sales forecasts and stock weeks of cover based on current trading and overlay adjustments if necessary to future buys
  • Responsible for coordinating regular free stock drops to optimize both carry forward and replenishment inventor
  • Responsible for forecasting and planning Replenishment margin

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Strong Planning, Merchandising and Forecasting skills
  • Decision making capability clearly driven by developing strategic product and business initiatives
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • SAP/BRRS skills preferred
