Project Assistant - Education Strategy, Access & Inclusion

Join our Education Strategy, Access & Inclusion team and help shape the future of young people in our schools by driving forward key projects, including the innovative Talk Matters Violence Reduction Project (VRU).

As a Project Assistant, you will play a critical role in coordinating impactful projects and collaborating with schools to improve educational access and outcomes. Your contributions will directly support our mission to reduce violence and improve school inclusion, giving you the chance to make tangible, meaningful changes.

What You'll Do:
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, tracking, and delivering high-priority projects, including Talk Matters VRU, ensuring they stay on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with schools, internal teams, and external partners to deliver outcomes that benefit children and communities.
  • Process & System Development: Build and maintain efficient project systems-risk registers, issue logs, and reporting tools-to keep things running smoothly.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct data analysis, research, and benchmarking to provide critical insights for decision-making. You'll also prepare reports for key boards and governance bodies.
  • Communication: Assist in crafting presentations, coordinating meetings, and managing follow-ups to keep projects on track.
