This dynamic events agency, headquartered in South East London, deliver first-class events with an incredible global footprint. Their mid-sized team are passionate about integrating design and production to deliver events that are not only unique but memorable. They have clients across a range of sectors (both private and corporate), including some very well known names!What you'll be doing…This Project Assistant role is essential in supporting the project managers to ensure the smooth running of the agency’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, a passion for events, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. The Project Assistant role will involve handling general administrative tasks, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring smooth logistics for deliveries and collections. You’ll assist in crew management, organising freelance support, and managing travel and accommodation bookings. Additionally, you'll help with post project wash-ups, ensuring debriefs are conducted and insights are shared across the team to foster continuous improvement. This role is office based with the occasional work from home days when less busy. Please note, this role involves frequent international travel (c. 1x a month) so you must be willing and able to travel internationally.What experience you'll need to apply…
  • You'll have some experience working in events, either in an agency environment or a related industry.

  • You're highly organised, have great attention to detail and have the ability to multitask and handle both large and small projects within a fast-paced setting.
