Cobalt is partnering with a growing Chartered Surveying firm that specializes in providing professional property and asset management advice. Your role would be crucial in maintaining the administrative function of this small firm, being responsible for up keeping and maintaining correspondence with tenants. Key responsibilities;

  • Reading and analysing real estate leases and similar documents to record information regarding payments and critical dates
  • Monitoring and dealing with lease documents including rent reviews, break clauses, and lease expires with tenants
  • Dealing with queries from tenants and directing them to the relevant team.
  • Ensuring compliance audits, health and safety documents are filed correctly
  • Maintenance of property database
  • Accurate lease data processing in line with company procedures
  • Efficient management of own workload, whilst maintaining the ability to support other teammates in their workload

Your experience;

  • Strong administrative experience within a Property or Real Estate environment
  • Desirable to have worked within a commercial setting in Real Estate.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Maintain a focused analytical with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • IT Skills - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook 360
  • The ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
