- Provide a world-class welcome to high-net-worth clients and investors
- Masterfully manage communications and visitor experiences
- Coordinate meeting logistics
- Support the team with administrative excellence
Key Responsibilities:
- Telephone management and message handling
- Client and visitor reception
- Meeting room and boardroom coordination
- Catering and refreshment arrangements
- Office administration and stationery management
- Health & safety compliance support
Hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM, Monday to Friday Location: London | On site role
