Our clients are seeking an experienced Coordinator/Administrator to join our busy residential sales and lettings team in Fulham, southwest London. As Sales and Lettings Coordinator, you will provide efficient administrative support, including invoicing, call handling, document preparation, file management, and diary organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing reports, correspondence, and presentations within deadlines
  • Managing tenancy processes: offer letters, contracts, utilities, work orders, pre-tenancy tasks (cleaning, gas safety, etc.)
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords on tenancy matters
  • Copy typing and drafting documents, including invoices and property particulars
  • Organizing meetings and diary management
  • Maintaining databases and processing fee accounts
  • Assisting with budgets and forecasts, and offering customer support at reception

Requirements: We seek someone with strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases is essential.
