Your responsibilities will include hosting monthly meetings, coordinating agendas, organizing guest presenters, and ensuring seamless communication through detailed minutes and action distribution. ??Furthermore, you will collaborate with various business support departments like HR, IT, Compliance, Billing, and Travel Management to enhance operational efficiency's and share best practices. ??In addition, you will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining a Professional Skills Framework, talent mapping, and promotions pathways.
