A highly reputable Investment Management company based in North West London is looking for a Team Administrator, reporting directly to one of the Partners. The role is the lynch pin of the office - you will be communicating daily with high net worth individuals, various Government departments and the wider Investment Management team, collating important details for accurate form submissions. We are looking for a detail orientated individual with high levels of accuracy, strong organisation and communication skills. Full training will be provided. Duties will include: * Provide administrative support to the investment manager* Managing incoming inquiries via phone and email* Liaising with clients regarding their investment policies* Updating the internal database, correctly filing all information to an electronic filing system* Assist in preparing and processing client documentationKey skills:* Excellent interpersonal skills* Attention to detail crucial* Numeracy skills desirable* Good use of Microsoft Office including Excel* Min 2 years administration experience from a professional services background essentialThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator, who excels in attention to detail.
