We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Membership Administrator to support the membership team of 4, with essential administrative tasks, within a 1 years maternity contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with clients, graduates, and business school faculty while assisting in the smooth operation of membership activities. You will be working as part of a highly collaborative team and use your initiative on a daily basis!

Membership Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange business school visits for the membership team.
  • Set up and organise webinars for business schools and their students.
  • Support user engagement on the membership platform by sharing news, articles, and insights within the network.
  • Assist in compiling data for our client’s annual research reports.
  • Help the membership team plan workshops, including the arrangement of hotels, travel, and accommodation.
  • Promote and facilitate workshop outreach and engagement.
  • Handle membership queries, particularly related to the career development centre.
  • Assist business schools with setting up groups in the membership platform.
  • Book and arrange travel and accommodation for the membership team as needed.
  • Assist with the setup of annual surveys
  • Ensure that main contacts at member and accredited business schools are kept up to date, in line with data protection legislation.

Membership Administrator Qualifications and Experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.

- Problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.

- Solid experience in office administration and customer service.

*Hybrid working available - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home*

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Location: Thames City Link / Blackfriars / Mansion House / St Pauls

Salary: £28K

Duration: 1 year maternity contract
