A well-established property investment company in Hampstead with a large portfolio of privately owned properties, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Team Administrator / PA to join their friendly and experienced team. This would be ideal for someone currently working as a Property Manager who is looking to move into a support role or a Property Admimistrator looking for more responsibility.

Position: Team Administrator / PALocation: Hampstead, NW3Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (dependent on experience)Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • 23 days of holiday (plus 8 bank holidays and office closure between Christmas and New Year)

Key responsibilities of the Team Administrator / PA:

  • Team Coordination: Oversee diaries, scheduling, and general administrative support for a team of six including the Directors and Property Manager
  • Office Management: Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Bookkeeping & Data Management: Handle invoicing, data entry, and financial records.
  • Property Coordination: Liaise with the maintenance team to organize repairs and ensure timely resolutions, liasing with the Property Manager.
  • Communication: Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate filing systems and oversee documentation processes.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in an administrative role within property, you may have previously been a Lettings Administrator / PA / Property Manager or Property Administrator
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Organizational Excellence: A knack for managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism: A positive, solutions-focused approach and strong phone etiquette.
