Team Assistant - Ongoing temp!
I have a great Team Assistant position available working in the City of London for a well-known financial services company.
They are looking for a Team Assistant who has good experience with expenses and booking international travel. This role will help the team in this very busy period.
The Role:
- Organising meetings, restaurant and events
- Internal, multistep travel arrangements.
- Diary Management
- Expenses
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
- Working with the Executive PA to organise company events, socials and quarterly staff meetings.
You’ll need to be:
- Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & TEAMs.
- Confident in yourself to suggest alternative methods / routes to colleagues on how a task could be completed better/quicker
- An excellent prioritiser - both of your workload as well as your teams
- Looking forward to maintaining the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and being valued in the workplace by your colleagues and peers.
