- Supporting a team of 12 including Managing Directors.
- Extensive diary management and administration.
- Organisation of complex travel itineraries and processing of expenses for team.
- Administration support of marketing trips, roadshows and fieldtrips in conjunction with sales.
- Logistical support on team conferences, working with event management and corporate access.
- Preparation of Research reports and marketing materials.
- Liaising with senior clients and internal personnel.
- CRM database management; logging and analysis of team's client interactions.
- Experience of working as a Team Assistant within financial services for at least 4 years.
- Experience of managing multiple diaries at one time, within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of booking international travel and processing expenses.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills, interpersonal skills and time management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
