Team Assistant – Research in Investment Banking£22-26 per hour dependent on experience On-going temp role for at least 1 year, with potential to convert to a permanent role Near St Pauls8 am – 6 pm My client, a globally recognised investment bank, are looking for a new Team Assistant / PA to join their Investment Research Division.  This team really value their Assistants and whilst it is known to be a very busy division, you will be looked after!  They are looking for an Assistant with a can-do attitude, the ability to multi-task and juggle a lot at any one time. This role will be office-based 5 days per week. What you’ll do:
  • Supporting a team of 12 including Managing Directors.
    • Extensive diary management and administration.
    • Organisation of complex travel itineraries and processing of expenses for team.
    • Administration support of marketing trips, roadshows and fieldtrips in conjunction with sales.
    • Logistical support on team conferences, working with event management and corporate access.
    • Preparation of Research reports and marketing materials.
    • Liaising with senior clients and internal personnel.
    • CRM database management; logging and analysis of team's client interactions.
Who you are:My client requires someone with:
  • Experience of working as a Team Assistant within financial services for at least 4 years.
  • Experience of managing multiple diaries at one time, within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of booking international travel and processing expenses.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills, interpersonal skills and time management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
