About the Client:A trading business based in one of London's most iconic buildings in the heart of the City! With around 100 in the London office, this friendly team are growing.

About the Role:This is a newly created Team Assisant role which will involve providing support including (but not limited to):

  • Diary management to a team and 3 other Executives
  • Travel arrangements - including international flights, visas, hotels and ground transfers
  • Processing expenses
  • Reception duties when Receptionist is away from desk
  • Sorting post and liaising with ground floor reception on couriers
  • Setting up weekly team breakfasts
  • Overflow duties to wider administrative team
  • Ad-hoc administration.

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous experience in a corporate environment - financial or professional services preferred
  • Previous diary management experience is essential
  • Muck-in, 'no job too big or small' attitude
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative role

Additional Information:

  • Salary is up to £60K depending on experience
  • Permanent
  • Hours are 8am - 6pm, with some flexibility during quieter periods. While a rare occurrence, the business offer paid overtime
