Equifind have partnered with a prestigious Wealth Management firm based in Mayfair, London, in search of a Team Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to support both the professional advisors and office operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within financial services.

The Role:

The key responsibilities for the Team Assistant for the Wealth Manager based in Mayfair will be:

  • Support office operations by coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and senior management as required.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Organise and co-ordinate team and broker events, get-togethers, and lunches, ensuring that catering and all other requirements are in place.

Application Criteria:

To be considered for the role of Team Assistant working for this Wealth Management firm based in Mayfair, candidates should ideally have:

  • 12-Months’ experience of working in a similar role within Financial Services (Insurance/Real Estate/Legal).
  • Previous exposure to office administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
