- Provide full administrative support for Managing Directors and a team of economists and strategists
- Manage heavy scheduling, internal and external conferences, webcasts and other events
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Keep a track and record client engagement activities of the team members
- Relay information and perform tasks in a timely manner
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
- Process travel & entertainment expense reports in accordance with firm guidelines
- Handle onboarding logistics for new hires and transfers
- Assist in coordinating internal visitors' logistics
- Take on ad-hoc projects while maintaining daily workflow and general administrative support
- Minimum of 4 years or experience as an administrative assistant supporting a senior level executives and/ or large team
- Experience at financial services firm is preferable
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks with the flexibility to change focus quickly as demands change/multitask

- The MD's will travel frequently, so this role will need someone who is used to booking multi leg travel with experience of working within a research team is preferable
