Team PA / Operation Assistant - PropertyWest End £32,000  - £35,000Our client is a high-end Property firm looking for a proactive and organised Team PA. Supporting Senior Leadership Team with diary management as well as company wide meetings.This role requires strong attention to detail, checking multiple diaries and efficient use of Microsoft Outlook.THE ROLE:
  •  Diary management for the senior leadership team, managing multiple diaries and coordinating meeting rooms as well as lunch bookings.
  • Scheduling logistics for internal and external meetings. Preparing refreshments when required.
  • Supporting with meeting agendas and note taking.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including expenses and receipts and adding to the system.
  • Scanning and printing documents, binding information packs ahead of meetings.
  • Responsible for maintaining annual leave, ensuring the CRM is kept up to date
  • Supporting the Office Manager and PAs with ad hoce requirements
  • Assist with Company Inductions with new starters
  • Managing updating health and safety documents as directed/
THE PERSON:
  •  You will have previous experience in a similar coordinating role, managing multiple diaries at one time
  • Strong scheduling skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with Senior stakeholders with professionalism
