- Diary management for the senior leadership team, managing multiple diaries and coordinating meeting rooms as well as lunch bookings.
- Scheduling logistics for internal and external meetings. Preparing refreshments when required.
- Supporting with meeting agendas and note taking.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including expenses and receipts and adding to the system.
- Scanning and printing documents, binding information packs ahead of meetings.
- Responsible for maintaining annual leave, ensuring the CRM is kept up to date
- Supporting the Office Manager and PAs with ad hoce requirements
- Assist with Company Inductions with new starters
- Managing updating health and safety documents as directed/
- You will have previous experience in a similar coordinating role, managing multiple diaries at one time
- Strong scheduling skills

- Ability to communicate with Senior stakeholders with professionalism
