  • Manage a busy diary and coordinate meetings, events, and travel
  • Inbox managemnt and correspondence
  • Liaise with high-profile clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support the coordination of luxury events
  • Schedule and manage personal appointments and commitments
  • Assist with social media strategy, content planning, and scheduling
  • Maintain digital files and manage documentation
  • Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense management

  • Proven experience in a similar support role within marketing, media, PR, or creative industries
