Trainee Lettings Administrator - Office based role - Estate Agent in East Finchley

Customer Service experience is essential - Admin experience is a bonus

Salary up to £25k+ Depending on experience

Monday - Friday 9:00 - 18:00

Requirements:

  • GCSE grade C or higher in Maths & English
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Numerate and confident working with figures
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility over own work

The Role

As a Lettings Administrator you will assist the Lettings Team with:

  • Administration, file progression and the marketing of properties
  • Collaborating with Applicants and Landlords to obtain the right documentation
  • Arranging and uploading professional photos, videos, floorplans and EPCs
  • Drafting invoices and requesting payments
  • Generating standard letters, agreements, file audits and producing reports
  • Answering phones and seeing to customers in Lettings Team absence.
