We are pleased to be working with a leading provider of Facilities Management services to hire a Contract Director in London. The role of Contract Director is to oversee an integrated Soft FM service into a multi-site account across the education sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct delivery of Cleaning and Security contracts.

About The Role:

The role is responsible for leading a team of employees to provide an integrated Soft FM service to a multi-site education sector contract located across the London Region; managing all operational teams employed to ensure operational excellence is delivered in line with agreed budgets and service specifications; monitoring and reporting on the quality of service and financial performance of the contract, to include service reporting, KPI management and record keeping whilst driving innovation in service delivery to the client.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Multi-site experience, covering sites over a London-wide geographic area
  • Leadership skills and knowledge - proven track record of leading, managing and developing a team
  • People management skills including general HR skills in recruitment, training and managing employee performance including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Analyse problems analytically, develop opportunities and implement innovative solutions
  • Proven experience of managing long-term client relationships
  • This role required basic or enhanced DBS and SIA non-front-line license as well as IOSH Managing Safely. We will request and enable the successful candidate to apply and obtain all the cited previously once the suitable person is appointed.
