We are recruiting for a leading real estate services firm in London. The Workplace Host / Assistant Facilities Manager will play a key role in delivering an outstanding workplace experience for internal colleagues.

 The role involves creating and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and efficient work environment while acting as a primary point of contact for staff and service partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily walkarounds to identify and log any faults or issues, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Review and ensure paperwork compliance with audit and operational standards.
  • Attend and actively participate in operational meetings, maintaining effective communication with the broader team.
  • Promote and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies to foster a safe working environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Oversee suppliers for designated areas, such as plant services and coffee machine vendors.
  • Encourage a collaborative "one team" culture by sharing best practices and attending regular team meetings.
  • Support customer and business needs as required.
  • Ensure punctuality and readiness to work on a rotational shift basis.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Solid educational background.
  • Essential experience in customer service.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
