We have a new urgent role workng with a major Tier 1 contractor on a new build residential scheme in East London for a minimum 6 month contract.
Within this position you will be overseeing internal fit out packages on apartments from 2nd fix close out through to finishes/handover.
In order for applicants to be successful they must have a background managing similar packages for either major residential developers or main contractors.
This role will be interviewing this week with a view to start asap.

Duties
- Manage internal fit out trades/subcontractor packages
- Ensure a high standard of quality and safety on site.
- Coordinate with the site team and suppliers to maintain project schedules & deliverables
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, addressing any issues promptly.
- Liaise with the project team to ensure seamless integration of internal works with overall project progress.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
- Previous experience working on major residential developments
- Able to start immediately
