Assistant Site Manager required for social housing project based in Greenwich

I am currently working with a large Social Housing Company, who cover a wide range of interesting and challenging planned maintenance projects in the South of London.

The Assistant Site Manager will have a background in planned maintenance on social housing schemes and have knowledge of decarbonation funds.

This Assistant Site Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis. The Hourly rate will be £21.06 paid via Umbrella company. 

You must hold a SMSTS and CSCS card
