We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with expertise in Cladding & Facades for a role in Westminster, West London.
The salary for this position ranges from £50,000 to £55,000 for PAYE, or £250 per day for self-employed individuals.
The start date for the role is set for November 4th, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Key responsibilities include overseeing flat roofing and cladding works, ensuring quality control, and complying with health and safety regulations.
Candidates must hold an SMSTS, NVQ Level 6 Site Management, and First Aid certifications.
