My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor, who have been established for 20+ years.
They work on large building envelope packages, for large mixed used residential & commercial developments.
HQ based in Essex with projects in London.

The Role - Project Manager

Managing all on-site activities, including scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
Management of x3 Senior Site Managers and x2 Site Managers.
Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with design specifications, standards, and project timelines.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
Strong understanding of construction processes, site management methodologies, and health and safety regulations.
