Are you a skilled construction professional with experience in managing facade? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Facade Site Manager to join our clients team! As a Facade Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of the facade on a major new build residential scheme.Ensure it is deliveredcompleted safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of facade construction projects.
- Manage on-site activities, including scheduling, quality control, and safety procedures.
- Monitor progress and provide timely updates to project stakeholders.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Supervise and mentor on-site personnel to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facade construction management, with a focus on residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction techniques.
- SFS, Brickwork & Cladding
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field.
