Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours
Salary: £26 - £28 Per hour
Job Duties:- Developing and implementing facility maintenance procedures
- Overseeing the repair and maintenance of all facilities
- Managing and coordinating facility renovation projects
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervising facility staff and external contractors
- Managing budgets and expenses related to facility operations
- Conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management
- Health and Safety certification
- Experience working in a corporate facility
